- Filing/dealing with customers and employees in a professional manner
- Willing to be on call, after hours (when needed).
- Min 1 (one year) of customer service skills
- Min of 1 (year) of Experience with the home care industry
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast passed environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to use the computer and other office machines
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Self starter/ self motivator
- Knowledge of Microsoft word/excel
- Typing min of 45 words per min.
