About this job
This position requires the flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays. Our operators monitor Sonitrol audio-based intrusion systems, access control systems, video systems and fire systems in our 24 hour UL Central Station facility. You will work closely with our customers, law enforcement and fire agencies to protect the businesses we serve and their assets and also create a safer environment for the employees in those businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a desire to be the best at what they do. Will work weekends with weekdays as regular days off. As a floater, will work other shifts as needed. Quick learners with strong verbal communications skills are preferred. Computer and customer service skills are a plus. A high school diploma and a clear criminal background are required. The position requires working a combination of shifts:
Monday - Friday a mixture of 3:45 PM -Midnight, 11:45 PM to 8:00 AM
Saturday - Sunday can be any Shift
Regular days off are generally during the week from Monday to Friday (at times 2 days in a row).
