About this job
We are seeking an LPN or RN with the following qualifications to work in our Assisted Living Facilities.
Provides caregivers support, direction and vital information to deliver the highest level of direct care to Residents.
Instructs caregivers on new orders and changes in care plan with monitoring of results and follow-up of documentation.
Medication management
Client rounds
Caregiver training
Regulation Compliance Assistance
Care plan reviewing
On call for nursing issues
Communicates on a regular basis with Administrator regarding home operations.
