The Back of the House Team Members; dishwashers, line cooks, work as part of the Joe’s team in creating the Perfect Joe’s Experience for every guest, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist team members in creating the Perfect Joe’s Experience for every guest, every time.

• Works as part of the team to prepare, season, and cook food products

• Maintaining a spotlessly clean and safe work environment

• Follow daily cleaning calendar tasks

• Show a sense of urgency by following time guidelines

• Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience, desired

• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required

• Participate in four day training program

• Must have physical abilities to carry out functions of the job description

• Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent danger to self and others

• Must be the minimum age of 18 years old
