The Front of the House Team Members; host, servers, bartenders, work as part of the Joe’s team in creating the Perfect Joe’s Experience for every guest, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Immediate acknowledgement of guests

• Maintain a spotlessly clean, safe, organized work environment.

• Be visible at all times to assist the guest and team members

• Must know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered

• Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide guest

• Be able to participate in celebration dancing when required

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience, desired

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required

• Must have physical abilities to carry out functions of the job description

• Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions

• Must be the minimum age of 18 years old
