Job duties:
- Maintenance worker will be responsible for performing various duties that include electrical work, mechanical work and general property maintenance services.
- Assist with various duties and General Cleanup of job site
Job Requirements: qualified candidates MUST have the following:
- High School Diploma/GED and HVAC Certification a plus,
- Previous maintenance, electrical and mechanical experience that is verifiable, steady prior work history
- Have at least one year of prior experience.
- Ability to demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn new task quickly, Pays attention to details.
- Values a teamwork environment and has an up beat personality, respects authority, follows instructions well
- Physically able to stand, bend, reach and lift 50 lbs continuously for 10 hours during a shift
- Safety conscious must wear appropriate safety equipment (hard hat and safety glasses, can be checked out from Labor Ready, worker must be able to provide their own hand tools)
- Willing to submit to a drub screen.
