Our 4-Diamond Casino & Resort is filled with a variety of culinary venues – from Far East Express for a taste of Asia to North of the Border for a Mexican flair. And from fine dining in our Grove Steakhouse to one of San Diego’s largest Buffets – both of which are sure to impress. Viejas is a 24/7 operation, so scheduling flexibility is a must. The ideal candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts. A culinary degree is preferred, must be 21 years of age or older, with at least 2-3 years of prior experience.
