We are hiring a dynamic person for Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator for our established home care agency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- A solid history of work performance
- Delivering excellent customer service by skillfully scheduling home care aides to assist homebound clients with homemaker chores and personal care assistance
- Utilizing superior telephone and communication skills in dealing with clients, the public, referral sources and employees
- Possess a careful attention to detail to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Possess excellent office skills, such as typing, filing and follow-through, use of email and scheduling software to maintain an efficient office
- Demonstrate ability to deal with a large number of employees with diverse schedules
- Experience with inside office sales a plus
This position is 40 hours a week with on-call rotation on weekends. This position is temporary to cover maternity leave of a current employee. It will start as part-time (to train) and become full-time for 3 months while our current scheduler is on maternity leave.
