Hourly Shift Manager

Uptown Airport Group is seeking applicants to join our team at Char-Grill/Salsarita’s Resturant at Raleigh Durham International Airport Terminal 1.  We are now hiring energetic staff to join our team.  We are flexible and eager to provide fast pace exceptional service to airport customers.  The required schedule of operation is Sunday through Saturday with hours from 5AM to 10PM.

Positions Available:  Hourly Shift Manager

Job Function:

• Assist in opening and closing of facility without supervision and follows company security procedures
• Assist with all cash handling
• Monitors raw and finished product quality before and through shift
• Ensure equipment is clean, safe and in good working order
• Maintain critical standards for holding times, speed and quality of service
• Supervise delivery of product
• Assist in managing customer complaints and incidents
• Monitors staff schedule to include all breaks
• Communicates effectively with other managers and staff
• Assist in training of new employees
• Effectively delegates and follow up with all crew members
• Present professional image to customer and employees
• Assist in building team spirit to improve performance and productivity
• Trained to perform in all positions

Working Conditions

• Required to use hands repetitively, stand for prolonged periods and be able to lift and or move up to 40lbs.

Positions are full time.  All positions require atleast 4 years of experience in the position they are seeking.

Hourly Salary Range- 10.00-$12.00 per hour
