Bartender - Part-time

We are currently hiring several Bartenders to work in the Low Country areas of Georgia and South Carolina.   Outstanding opportunity – long temp positions!

Job Description:   Individuals will be responsible providing great customer service with a professional demeanor while preparing and serving drinks. 

Pay Rate:    $9.00-$14.50/hour
Shift/Hours:  Varies – week-ends and evenings

Job Requirements:

• Collect money for drinks served.
• Must have unexpired Bar Card from City of Savannah
• Provide verifiable references.
• Uniform:  black tuxedo pants, white tuxedo shirt, solid black slip-resistant shoes and black bow tie
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional/courteous attitude and appearance
• Must understand etiquette required at formal events
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
• Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

Ideal Candidates:

• Excellent attendance, along with reliable transportation to get to/from job site
