We have an immediate opening for a Kitchen Supervisor.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

Kitchen Supervisor:

-  Have a full knowledge of the food offering.

-  Execute preparation of all food items

-  Ensure that the staff’s product knowledge is at an acceptable level.

-  Maintain the grooming standards of all employees.

-  Ensure the total supervision of BOH staff.

-  Maintain a harmonious relationship with members of staff.

-  Participate in the planning and conducting of theoretical and on-the-job training.

-  Comply with, and ensure adherence to all of the policies & procedures.

-  Ensure that all areas are stocked to appropriate par levels.

-  Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness.

-  Perform monthly food stock takes.

-  Ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment in conjunction with the maintenance members.

-  Maintain safe environmental practices.

-  Attend all scheduled meetings.

-  Perform any other duties as directed by senior management
