Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Commission Analyst for our valued client located in central Madison. This is a full time position that boasts of an excellent benefit and compensation package. The primary functions are to build new commissions on our policy administration system, along with commissions from blocks of acquired business. In addition, this position will provide analysis of the commission components of new and modified products. As the Commission Analyst your main responsibilities are:
•Build commissions on the administration system
•Provide analysis of commission components
•Analyze concepts and data for system capability
•Build and test rate tables and contracts
•Resolve problematic cases
•Assist in other areas as needed
•Help cross train team members
•Participate in group discussions and suggest improvements
•Implement quality control and cost savings
This position requires:
•Knowledge of administrative systems and commission payment processing
•Associates Degree in Business, Accounting or IT Analyst is preferred
•Advanced AS-400 query skills is helpful
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Able to work independently and with a group
•Excellent written and verbal skills
•Able to multi-task and prioritize job duties
