Inbound Customer Sales Consultant
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Scheduled Hours: Based on business needs to include weekends & Holidays
Position Summary:
The Customer Sales Consultant is responsible for receiving calls and providing quality customer service concerning products and services and resolving customer concerns while meeting defined sales goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Customer Sales - you will be required to offer services and products.
*Providing customer service assistance through telephone interactions by solving customer problems and providing customer satisfaction with each call.
*Developing a strong customer relationship by building and maintaining a rapport with the customers.
*Identifying the customer's needs, reviewing and updating activity on accounts; while evaluating the opportunity to sell additional products.
*Resolve customer issues in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
*Utilize ethical sales practices
*Excellent attendance will be a requirement of this position
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
*Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
*Experience in a call center Required.
*Must have a minimum of 6 months sales experience
*Strong communication skills, sales abilities and maintain a high level of professionalism
*Must have the ability and desire to help others, and answer questions in a timely manner.
*Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously in a stressful environment
*Adaptable to changing situations.
*Must be able to provide references upon request
*High School Diploma, GED or higher.
*Computer proficiency, including web navigation, Excel, Windows Explorer, etc.
*Must be at least 18 years old to apply, pass drug test and criminal background check.
