The Dickey's team is rapidly expanding in the Northwest Arkansas market and is looking for experienced and highly motivated crew members and restaurant managers.
Dickey's Barbecue Pit is now hiring part time crew members for our location. The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude and provides exceptional customer service
- Be able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Ability to carry out specified daily procedures with attention to detail
- Be able to operate cash register and complete orders for customers
- Be able to multitask
- Ability to take phone orders correctly
- Have the ability to develop a positive working relationship with all team members and work as part of the team by helping others as needed or requested
- Punctual & reliable
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Possess a "Can-do" attitude
