POSITION Type: Reservation Specialist Home Office/ Dolphin Deck Retail Customer Service Representative Status: 25-35 hours weekly Salary: $13.00 an hour JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced, positive, enthusiastic people person to work out of their home office as well as our Dolphin Deck in the Dana Point Harbor. Responsibilities include: • Phone Reservations • Answering Customer Inquiry Emails • Reporting in Excel • Ticketing o Welcoming and checking in our highly esteemed customers o Walkup Reservations • Greeting Corporate VIP’s • Retail Sales • Keeping the store area and storage area clean and orderly JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer • Must type 45 WPM • Computer testing will be administered • A home office is required with a Windows based PC. A home office consists of a dedicated undistracted workspace with an up to date working computer. • You must have Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 as well as a high-speed internet connection. Preferably Cox. You must have a printer/fax. We will provide the phone system and pay for the phone service. • QuickBooks POS knowledge preferred • Reliable Transportation • Flexible Schedule (Week-ends and Early Mornings are a must) • Must be a team player • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision If you are not able to commit to working week-ends or your skill set does not match the qualifications of this position, please do not apply.
