Job Description:

 

We are currently hiring a Home Maintenance Tech for a temp to hire opportunity in Goshen, IN. This position is to help refurbish homes located in a manufactured housing community. The main responsibilities will be to paint, remove and install carpet, cabinet work and other minor repairs as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Have a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience painting, carpet install, cabinetry and other minor repairs
  • Stand/sit/lift/crouch/bend/reach & climb for at least 8hrs

 

 

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience preferred
  • Committed to safety at all times
  • Excellent attendance

 

 

Shift/Hours: 1st 8am-5pm
