Human Resources Associate - Full-time

Expanding medical practice seeking Human Resources Associate.  Offices located in Barrington, Crystal Lake, and soon to be Elgin.  Must be available to work at any location.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and programs 
• Update and maintain job descriptions for various positions within organization
• Develop training programs for new hires and continuing educations for all employees
• Conduct performance reviews with the assistance and feedback of department managers
• Work with the department managers to determine a means of monitoring employee productivity, attitude and measuring performance results
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR related software
• Provide employee counseling for HR related issues/company complaints
• Manage the credentialing process for providers to ensure licensure and contract requirements are current


REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relate field
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• General knowledge of HR Policies and Regulations
• Strong leadership, project management & time management skills
• Previous medical industry experience a plus
