This position will sit in our Communications Solutions business unit. This business unit provides technologies that help businesses of all sizes better communicate. We offer a full range of meters, digital color printers, inserters and sorters that enable the creation of high-impact, color customer communications, including bills, statements, marketing offers and compliance documents. Our shipping solutions serve mail centers to production shipping. We provide digital solutions so organizations can create the right relations with the right customers. This position can be located in either our Shelton or Danbury Ct facility.

We're looking for a passionate and talented Product Manager to help us to continue to innovate and lead in the mailing and communications space. With the expanding role of digital communications,
we are growing existing businesses, and launching new ones to ensure our clients can communicate to their customers as the digital landscape evolves. We won't stop until we make mailing and communications easy regardless of the channel. We're looking for someone who has the passion to help innovate and transform the industry.

The right candidate will be responsible for owning the client's end to end experience, driving their products from concept through to delivery to adoption through referral. We strive to deliver products that delight our clients and are looking for someone that has experience in market/client led product innovation and development. Build a productive relationship with the engineering teams or third party partner providers. Ensure that requirements are communicated clearly and with an appreciation for the 'big picture'.
Collaborate with user experience designers to design products that delight our customers. Ensure these products still maintain the highest levels of performance, reliability, and usability required to maintain market dominance.
Proactively identify risks to product and market success, and act decisively to resolve them.
Apply data-driven techniques to deeply understand the quality of our products in market, and to prove the success of what you've delivered.
Actively contribute to the product marketing activities that accompany successful software delivery.

Qualification
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

5-7 years experience in product management, with a specific focus on digital apps
A Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
Proven experience delivering innovative products through product advocacy, evangelism and thought-leadership
*Proven experience launching and growing commercially successful web-based applications or SaaS offerings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to communicate complicated ideas clearly; both external and internal stakeholders need to understand how and why decisions are made.
*High degree of accountability, and willingness to drive results and decisions
Attention to detail. An understanding that creativity and little touches make the difference.
Strong quantitative skills. The ability to use data to build internal consensus for decisions.
Work as well independently as within a team.
Creative problem-solving skills, especially in a cross-functional team environment, and proven ability to manage many competing priorities simultaneously.
Desire to learn continuously in a nascent and fast-moving industry, and to work with a dynamic team that likes to get things done.
Experience with mobile applications. Highly desirable.
