Yard Control Part –Time Supervisor
Overview:
May supervise people and work areas. Must meet DOT and CDL requirements as required by job assignment. Perform office tasks: paperwork, calculating and use of telephone. Use of computers may be necessary. Required to travel by car and plane to meetings at other locations, may call on non UPS locations and have customer contact. Ability to demonstrate the following: couple tractors and trailers together including movement of dolly in position for couple. Behind wheel driving of tractor trailer unit as required by job assignment. Work hours vary and will include both night and weekend work
