We opened our doors in 2008! Our 17,000 sf winery is equipped with state of the art wine making equipment from around the world. Extraordinary, award-winning wines!!!! We are currently Hiring Seasonal Vineyard Workers!!

Job Purpose Statement:

To work in the vineyards and property at New Kent Farms to ensure efficient growth and production and aesthetics of the property.

Job Functions:

• Assist in the planting and management of growth of new and established vines.
• Assist in canopy management of vines to include tying vines and pulling leaves as necessary.
• Prune vines (including winter pruning) and manage canopy to insure productive growth and overall
• health of the vineyard.
• Assist in weed control, mowing, and repair of trellis and vineyards.
• Assist in spraying program.
• Assist as needed at the winery, vineyards, and project to insure company goals are achieved.
• Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
