We are currently hiring a   Machine Operator -  for an upcoming project in Wabasso, MN 56293. This is an outstanding temp to hire opportunity with a reputable manufacturing company.

Job Description:

 Assist in the furniture manufacturing process by operating production machines.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must have 2+ years  experience in the operation of production machines required. 
Experience in the operation of equipment in wood furniture factory preferred, Computer skills required ( able to navigate on basic computer programs and filing system
Furniture experience is a plus, able to read production orders
Strong Math skills, ability to read metric measurement system, ability to inspect parts for compliance
Able to perform in a fast pace environment, Must follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner
Lift Parts from 0 to 50 pounds, standing, squatting, bending, reaching 8-10 hours /day 5-6 days a week 
Excellent attendance is a must, Excellent problem solving skills, Willing to work flexible hours-, Ability to work with others, work in team environment, give/receive feedback, Support  customer's Quality policy and Quality System  
Willing to submit for a drug screen
Pay range : $10 - 12.50  per hour  ( 40 - 45+ hours per week) 
Shift/Hours:   6am to 2:30//4:30 pm Monday - Friday -  some Saturdays may be required
