Labor Ready is currently seeking candidates for temp to hire foundry workers for a well know facility in Menomonie, WI.  These positions are with a company that has been in the business since 1898 and is a licensed mechanist producer of gray and ductile iron. 
 
Job Description:  
The company creates pump housings, gear cases, break drums, pulleys, gears, and sprockets and engine and transmission parts.  Employees will be responsible for pouring melted product into molds and grinding parts after the casting process and many more positions are available.  Grinding, Shake Out, No Bake, Pouring Crew and many other position opportunities for the right person.
 
 
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Technical/physical skills – able to use hand and power tools , read a tape measure . lift a minimum of 60 pounds on a consistent basis.   
Must pass a drug screen and back ground check,
Ethics – Works with integrity, Must be willing to work flexible hours.Meet teams shift quotas, must be able to read job orders and follow directions
Organizational Support – Follows policies and procedures, safety awareness wears steel toe boots and works within established safety practices on the job ,

Pay rate  $10.00 per hour 
Shift/Hours: Day shift - Monday - Friday 5am to 3 pm
