Senior Roofing Estimator

CLP Resources, a TrueBlue company, is currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator. This individual will be responsible for putting together preliminary budgets, preparing final project cost submissions, and completing line item contract proposals for major building and commercial projects, the majority of which are in roofing.

Responsibilities:

• Roofing and sheet metal pricing

• Preliminary budget estimating

• Preparing final pricing/costing for projects

• Completing line item contract proposals

Qualifications:

• Able to read drawings and specifications

• Technical knowledge of different roofing systems (BUR, Single Ply, Metal, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 5-10 years construction experience

• Experience in commercial construction a plus

• Line item contract estimating experience a plus

• RS Means estimating experience a plus

• Computer literate

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self-motivated, quick learner

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
