About this job
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience required.
Hands on experience with abrasive blast operations, lead removal, tank coatings and linings, rigging, airless, conventional and plural component spray painting.
Experience with Quality Assurance reporting and safety regulation enforcement.
Must be proactive in handling any site issues including equipment, materials, customer complaints, personnel, etc.
Must have positive attitude and exceptional problem solving ability.
Experience with all equipment used in abrasive blasting and spray painting operations at industrial facilities.
Ability to demonstrate a “team-work” attitude and motivate crews bringing quality result jobs in on-time and on-budget.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, customers, safety personnel and quality control personnel.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
