The Account Executive will be responsible for business development and increasing membership of ASI Suppliers through inside and outside sales techniques.
Position responsibilities include:
Aggressively and actively participate in outbound calls, answering incoming calls and responding to email inquiries.
Meet and maintain retention goals designated by manager.
Make scheduled follow up calls to potential members and scheduling email and postcard reminders.
Systematically work provided lead lists and maintain a log/report of list management and results.
Provide feedback and suggestions for marketing purposes to improve response rate.
Attend trade shows as scheduled.
Requirements:
High School/GED equivalent.
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3 years of business to business phone sales experience required.
Professional phone demeanor
MSWord, Excel and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of Internet
Experience with sales databases, TIMSS is a plus.
