Server, Bartender, Cook Job Description Server: * Sets places at dining tables, takes orders, serves food and drinks. * Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for both guests and employees and answers questions about food and drinks including their ingredients and preparation. * Takes drink orders and merchandises menu items. * Delivers food and checks back to ensure guest satisfaction * Maintains a neat table appearance and invites guests to return. * Accepts payments and adheres to sanitation procedures. Bartender: * Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to bar guests. * Follows hundreds of standard recipes and the company's alcoholic beverage policies. * Merchandises drinks. * Makes guests feel welcome and is attentive to them at all times. Broiler/Grill Cook: * Prepares dishes according to recipe requirements. * Ensures all foods meet Friday's® standard of excellence. * Keeps kitchen and station clean, stocks and sets up rotation. * Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner. * Maintains a positive relationship and promotes a cooperative, harmonious work climate. * Sets a cool Friday's® image. Cool. Ready? Plate Nacho/Fry Cook: * Create fresh, hand-made products from the menu and to arrange attractive plate presentations. * Prepares all fried foods according to recipe requirements and to adhere to product sensitivities and plate presentations. * Ensure all prepared foods meet TGI Friday’s standard of excellence. Sauté Cook: * Learns one or all of the following: Vegetable Prep Cook, Baker Prep Cook, Cold Sauce Cook, Hot Sauce Cook and Meat/Cheese/Seafood Prep Cook. * Sets up station and locates necessary utensils and equipment. * Keeps updated recipe changes. * Prepares items according to recipe every time. * Discusses production priorities with manager and line cooks. * Cleans and sanitizes station throughout the shift. * Labels, rotates and stores all produced items. * Ensures that equipment is operated and maintained consistently. * Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely, effective manner.
