Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative near Hauppauge, NY!!!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls and/or e-mails from end-users and dealers
• Receive and enter all incoming repair work to the AS-400 database
• Proof read repair orders
• Update repair progress in the system and move incoming repair work from station to station
• Receive packages in our warehouse, open the shipments, and enter to daily receiving log

The right candidate will possess these requirements:

• Excellent People and conflict resolution skills
• Working with others in a professional manner is a must
• Ability to take direction from your Supervisor and/or Manager
• Patience
• The ability to multi-task and handle pressure
• Have great proof reading and analytical skills
• Photo knowledge a must
• AS-400 knowledge or similar software experience
• MS Excel and MS Word experience

This position requires an individual with customer service experience, a high energy level and the ability to multi-task!!!

This is somewhat of a physically demanding job as it requires that you be able to sit for extended periods of time as well as be on the move. This is a full-time position

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5pm
