Fulfillment Coordinator

This is a Full time Temp-to-Hire position

Location: Westlake Village

Salary: $17.00

Our client is a fast growing, medium sized company with a dynamic work environment.

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for conducting inventories of carrier collateral, maintain inventory of shipping and supply materials, process outgoing and incoming shipments, sort and handle mail freight.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory and supplies of all carrier marketing and enrollment material in the supply room, which includes copying, stocking, labeling, and printing
  • Maintain all carrier and marketing enrollment material on the company share drive
  • Consistently review the carrier websites and contact the carriers to ensure the correct and most recent forms are being stocked and saved
  • Communicate with the CA Operations teams to ensure the correct forms are being saved and posted to the company website
  • Prepare enrollment materials (kits) for new and existing groups as requested
  • Email forms and documents as needed to customers or coworkers as requested
  • Print and prepare company marketing materials for Sales Executive meetings as requested
  • Prepare agency onsite training materials for Sales Executives as requested
  • Assist the CA Marketing team with updating the company marketing materials for the CO office
  • Scan completed groups to the CA office on a regular basis for finance approval
  • Verify and keep record of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare items for shipments using various vendors
  • Determine best method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates
  • Unpack and examine incoming shipments, routing them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
  • Ensure the front and back kitchens are stocked, clean and properly arranged at all times
  • Respond to e-mails and phone messages within 4 hours
  • Provide back up in other areas within the department/company as needed/requested


Additional Skills and Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with others
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Prior clerical experience, or any combination of education and/or experience, that would provide an equivalent background desired
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate the use of computer system, computer programs and office equipment as necessary, including ability to type a minimum of 30-35 wpm and proficiency in the use of a 10 key
  • Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by senior management
  • Lifting may be required, up to 25 lbs.
