As a Baldinos associate, you will be taught the basics to give our guests the "Quality, Service and Cleanliness" they expect from Baldinos.

The Associate Position is entry level and is perfect for the person looking for 15-25 hours per week. Some associates will be selected for promotion to a Senior Associate and possibly a Manager in Training (MIT’s). You determine your own success, if you’re great at the basics of “Quality Food, Great Service, and Unrivaled Cleanliness”, you will find that moving up and making more money is a breeze.

What do we look for in an Associate?

  • Capable of learning and grasping all work stations in our restaurant.
  • Healthy and energetic; works well under stress, especially when its busy, that’s when you have the most fun.
  • Honest, personable, and capable of maintaining a great relationship with customers and coworkers
  • Criminal background check approved

What will you be doing?

  • Prepares food neatly, accurately, and in a timely way.
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains it to guests accurately. Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with guests.
  • Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
  • Cleans as directed.
  • Greets guests and prepares their orders, uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.
  • Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • Accounts for all forms of money, bread, etc., during the shift.
  • Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food, and cleaning up.
  • Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
