Baldinos Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, you will be taught the basics to give our guests the "“Quality Food, Great Service, and Unrivaled Cleanliness" they expect from Baldinos

The Senior Associate Position is a mid level position and is perfect for the person looking for a career with us. Some associates will be selected for promotion to a Manager in Training (MIT’s). You determine your own success, if you’re great at the basics of “Quality Food, Great Service, and Unrivaled Cleanliness”, you will find that moving up and making more money is a breeze.

What will you be doing?

You will be required to ORGANIZE and RUN your shift, that includes planning it and making sure it runs smoothly by actively working with those people you supervise.

What do we look for in a Senior Associate?

• Be capable of performing all duties of a Baldinos Associate in a baldinos unit
• Willing to own your own mistakes, and keep on moving
• Excellent health, energetic; you enjoy working under stress
• Honest, personable, and capable of maintaining great rapport with customers and coworkers
• Work and character references checked and approved. Some Restaurant Experience is a Must.
• Criminal background check approved
