Client is considering highly qualified customer service supervisors to lead and develop a dynamic veterinary administration team in Tampa, Florida.

Client must posses the following attributes:

- highly proficient with leading a team of client specialist while problem solving during peak business hours at a high volume veterinary emergency hospital.
- being able to learn tasks and procedures in a quick manner including answering phones, paging doctors, welcoming and checking in patients.
- will be working with animals on a regular basis and will be determining and prepping patients that are in emergency situations.
- must be able to contain composure during high stress situations
- must be open, warm, and inviting to all guest that come to the hospital and over phones
- will be reporting to the client care specialist manager
- basic knowledge of Microsoft suite, outlook, and excel

Working hours: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday
