Customer Service Representative
- Answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Works under immediate supervision
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
- Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalant
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts,
practices, and procedures within a particular field. - Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Typing 35 wpm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to present 2 business references
- Must be able to submit to drug and alcohol test
- Must be willing to do background check when required
