Customer Service Representative
  • Answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Customer Service Requirements
  • Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalant
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts,
    practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Typing 35 wpm
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to present 2 business references
  • Must be able to submit to drug and alcohol test
  • Must be willing to do background check when required
