Randstad National Recruiting is seeking a skilled customer service professional for an opening with a company west of Pittsburgh (North Fayette / Robinson Township area). Our client, a global leader in healthcare services, is seeking a qualified individual to assist with customer service duties in a call center environment. Inbound and outbound calls to providers, employees and claim managers. Scan/fax/email information as needed. Heavy outbound calls to physicians' offices to request medical records. Mail and route forms to appropriate parties.
-Position is temporary, estimated to last approximately 6-10 months
-Hours will be approximately 8:00-5 M-F, with some flexibility possibly needed
-Pay rate is $12 /hour
-Randstad offers a weekly pay schedule and direct deposit!
Working hours: 8:30-5 (approximate)
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
-Client requires completion of background check and drug screening prior to assignment start date
-HS Diploma or GED
-Qualified candidates should have 1+ years' customer service experience
