We are seeking a recent Bachelors Level graduate with proven problem solving and analytic skills to fill a Senior Research Analyst position. The Senior Research Analyst will perform a variety of research and analysis tasks to support consulting projects for federal and state governments, health plans, associations and foundations, hospitals and health systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work with intelligent people on important policy issues in a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Conducting literature reviews
- Preparing information for client on-site visits and calls
- Scheduling and coordinating projects
- Contributing to reports and proposals
- Assisting with business development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative discipline (ie: Economics, Mathematics, or related) or Health/Public Policy or related discipline
Excellent academic record required - MS Office proficiency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Educational or professional Research and/or quantitative analysis experience and software familiarity (SAS, STATA, SPSS) preferred
- An interest in the health care field. Experience working in or participating in projects focused on the health care field is desirable
