MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - ELECTRICAL - MECHANICAL - REPAIR - FABRICATION
IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Maintenance Technician at our client. Position is 2nd shift and TEMP-TO-HIRE. Some key job duties / requirements are as follows:
- 5+ years of relevant Manufacturing experience
- Maintain all electrical / pneumatic / hydraulic systems
- Able to read / interpret blueprints and other written specs
- Troubleshoot production problems with dies / fixtures / transfers
- Able to repair / sharpen dies and modify jigs / fixtures /transfers
- Able to MIG / TIG weld to modify or fabricate from CAD drawings / sketches
- Troubleshoot and repair system gearboxes / belts / bearings / bushings / etc
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding tooling / production problems
- Perform normal job duties in compliance with all safety requirements at facility
- Perform any / all other job duties safely as assigned by supervisors
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERTIME / WEEKENDS and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
PAY IS $19-20 PER HOUR (DOE)
