SMT Machine Operator

Leading electronic contract manufacturing company will be adding to their skilled staff. Although they do not offer medical benefits, most employees work overtime 6 days a week! Job Summary:




Job Duties:

PC board handling
Operate SMT stencil printer, MPM UP2000
Operate Fuji CP-643 Placement machine.
Hand place SMT parts
Load/unload PC boards in/out of oven
Visual inspections of PC boards
Loading/unloading part feeders for SMT placement machines.
Load Feeders into SMT machines.
Pulling parts.
Assist in other areas of SMT manufacturing where needed.

Required skills

Be able to working a fast pace work environment.
Good manual dexterity
Follow instructions
Good eye sight, work with small parts.
Be able to place small parts on a PC board using tweezers.

Additional useful skills

Hand soldering
SMT Assembly
SMT Placement machine experience
Wave soldering
PC board inspection

Working hours: 8-4:30pm
