Lead Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

CoWorx Staffing is recruiting for the position of 2nd shift Lead Mechanic for our client in the Palmer, MA area.



We are looking for an energetic, experienced, hands-on,technical mechanic to assist the Department Manager in leading the dailyoperation of one of our production departments and to set-up, troubleshoot,re-build and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment in order tomaintain production at, or above standard rates.

2nd shift hours are 2pm-11pm Monday through Friday, overtime is mandatory when requested by client

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will help contribute to building a positive team spirit; have leadership background and good problem solving skills. The ability to read and interpret maintenance related blueprints; the ability to multitask; working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical functions; and 5+ years of related experience is required. Experience with LEAN manufacturing is a plus. Individuals with automotive repair backgrounds are welcome to apply.
