As Assistant Store Manager you will:
- Greet, assist, and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Create and maintain a fast, friendly, and delicious experience for all customers
- Analyze financial data such as profit and loss statements, shortages, and cashier analysis
- Ensure quality and consistent implementation of all marketing, merchandising, foodservice, and gasoline programs by maintaining an awareness of safety and security and high level of store appearance.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor team members in all store responsibilities including how to handle difficult and complicated situation
Qualifications:
- High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of retail, fast food, or sales experience
- 6+ Months in a supervisory role
- Drive for Results
