Tea Associates/Barista - Full-time / Part-time

Summary of Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding and professional customer service by having “customer comes first” attitude, provide excellent response to customer from the moment they enter the store. • Handcraft high quality beverages according to customers’ specifications by adhering to all standard recipes provided by the company. • Prepare ingredients such as brewing teas, making fresh fruit juice, cooking tapiocas…etc. according to company standard recipes. • Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the entire workspace according to New York Health Department regulations. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Set a positive example by ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are maintained and followed. Assist other employees from time to time. Basic knowledge, skills and abilities: • Ability to perform different tasks required within the store. • Ability to follow instructions and procedures, and comply with company policies. • Ability to adjust for new policies, new recipes, and new ingredients. • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Qualifications and Requirements: • High School Graduate • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Retail Tea shop or relevant experience preferred • Able to work flexible hours that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Bilingual in English/Chinese There are excellent opportunities for the right candidates to advance quickly within the company.
