Position Summary:
A North Phoenix company is need of customer care representatives to join their fast paced team. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required. Our client is a leading Arizona company focused on the development and delivery of advance technologies to water utilities through its cloud-based, geospatial platforms.

This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. The work is highly precise in nature and requires very strong attention to detail. It is vital for the work output to be very high quality, with correct results, time and time again. Individuals performing this job must be patient and conscientious.

Primary Duties:
- Receives phone calls from customers for new service, transfers and disconnects of water service and quotes rates as well as service fees.
- Handles customer calls and resolves issues independently, therfore limiting calls transferred to supervisor.
- Enters customer information to establish service for residential accounts.
- Updates customer records daily such as address and name changes.
- Takes phone payments, files documents.
- Initiates work order for replacements, repairs, water quality complaints and rereads.
- Work closely with customers to resolve disputed account issues.
- Completes forms for requests such as account adjustments, rereads, refunds, etc.
- Researches complex customer problems in a calm manner and provides feedback to supervisor.
- Documents problem and suggested solution (Notes each individual account on every customer contact).
- Follow up daily with customers
- Performs other duties as assigned.


**Flexible Schedule Required - Monday-Friday 6AM - 6:30PM


Pay Rate: $12/hr. Temp to hire opportunity

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:
At least three years of customer service experience, call center experience a plus
High School Diploma
Good grammar, voice and diction (excellent communication skills)
Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Interpersonal skills- individual maintains confidentiality, able to interact within a team environment, effectively communicates with customers in a professional manner.
Remains open to other's ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
Individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures.
Analytical and problem solving-the individual has the ability to do simple calculations, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
Planning/organizing-the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
Quality control-the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work proficiency to ensure quality.
