Staffing Coordinator
We currently have an open position for an organized and outgoing person to coordinate the staffing of our client’s schedules. Interaction with our care providers requires exceptional communication and organizational skills. Experience with MS Office and Windows required. Candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A college degree and scheduling / staffing experience preferred.
Client Care Coordinator
This position involves one on one interaction with our clients, their families, our CAREGivers, and the senior care provider within the community. This individual will institute our initial service start-up process, conduct caregiver-to-client introductions and handle on-going quality control checks. Strong communication and problem solving skills are a must. A degree is strongly preferred, as is experience working within the senior care community. Candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and must also work well independently in the field.
Human Resources Assistant
Our HR Assistant will support the hiring of CAREGivers, handle front office work, and work with our HR team to conduct training. This candidate must possess superior communication skills and experience with MS Office and Windows. Candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and must also work well independently.
We offer competitive pay and benefits for these positions. FT and PT are available. Positions may require driving. Candidates must be able to pass a complete criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
