Full time, permanent opening for a customer service representative in Union, IL.
Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM (8 AM - 5 PM for training)
Pay: $9.50/hour
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing customer service to incoming calls or emails, completing sample request forms for sample department, sorting mail, and distributing to appropriate departments, complete forms for any changes on files in house, calling on orders regarding shipping updates.
They also evaluate and review purchase orders and retrieve artwork received daily. Get rushes approved, contact customers to discuss potential art problems and/or purchase order discrepancies. Prepare art worksheets for artist to process the artwork. Retrieve proofs and verify that all necessary information has been initialized.
