**Advanced Automotive Customer Service Representative**
Our client located in Auburn Hills is seeking a candidate with Advanced Automotive Customer Service experience for their growing team!
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage Engineering Change Orders
- Order Management of Automotive Engineered Products
- Monitor and manage all customer orders from ERP systems
- Scheduling fulfillment meetings
- Support Account Management team
- Managing the professional relationship and communication process between the Manufacturing and Shipping departments and the customer
Working hours: 8:00 to 5:00
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an automotive customer service environment
- Working knowledge of Covisint platform
- Working knowledge of MAPICS, AS/400, ERP system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism
