Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a small non-profit organization is currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join their growing family!

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 yrs of inbound call experience, and must be comfortable with computers.

Job Duties:
* Receive calls, some of an emergency nature, from residences and businesses looking to perform outdoor construction.
* Provide efficient and detailed customer service in order to ensure onsite compliance and safety
* Use online mapping systems to direct callers to specific "safe-zone" areas in order to begin construction.

Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - will have to take evaluations
* Must be able to read and understand a map
* At least 2 years of inbound customer service/dispatching experience in an office setting

**This is a temp to hire opportunity*** Client is looking for long term, permanent staff!!
