Job Description
Provides support to functional area program/projects and activities. Coordinates and monitors functional area activities, compiles and prepares information, and interfaces and communicates frequently with employees, management and external contacts.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes various software applications to compile and prepare both standard or ad-hoc reports. May coordinate software updates, downloads and system backups.
Works closely with employees and/or management of other departments to compile and analyze information and/or prepare reports. May conduct specialized research and present findings.
May assist in the preparation and management of budgets, invoices and other financial activities related to assigned program or project.
May prepare monthly/quarterly documents and/or reports for management/business review.
Schedules and/or attends meetings and coordinates logistics as required.
Prepares program/project documentation such as presentations, reports, etc.
Education/ Experience Required or Desired: Education/ Experience Required or Desired: High School
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
The Operations/Registration personnel is required to respond to continuously changing customer requirements by processing registrations for all types of training in a timely manner in order to fill classes and meet utilization rates and ensure that Education Services provides each delegate with a Total Customer Experience to remember.
Ensure that all inquiries regarding learning paths, pricing, certification and the US schedule are dealt with efficiently and within the designated process guidelines by responding to emails in the US Education Inbox or calls that are received by the Education Hotlines.
