Part time Customer Service Rep needed! - Full-time / Part-time

Are you looking for a Customer Service based position? Do you have previous customer service experience? Do you have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word? If so then we may have the job for you! Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Receiving, recording, and processing phone calls and written communications from customers and routing them to the Account Manager for resolution. Prepare and analyze special reports, data entry, and Daily phone communication with customers to review their product order and to communicate promotional product opportunities to customers. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 am - 3:30 pm. Must be able to work one weekend day from from 7 am - 1:00 pm. Pays $10 per hour. Located in Champaign, IL.
