Inside Sales Representative

inside Sales Representative Position Description: The Inside Sales Representative will contact automotive shop owners, primarily by phone, to introduce them to the company and the benefits of our services to their businesses. This representative will use a consultative sales approach to assess the clients' need(s) in order to build a pipeline of sales to close each week. Responsibilities Include: Developing pre-generated leads from the initial contact to the finalized sale Building relationships with automotive shop owners Using probing, open-ended questions to find a potential clients' need(s) Qualifying shop owners to ensure our company is the best solution for their business Presenting our company's services as a solution to the specific need(s) of the potential client Closing the client by selling them a ticket for the workshop event Following up with potential clients, within your pipeline, to close sales each week Position Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience Must have a successful sales history including high volume cold calling Ability to pass a full criminal background check Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office 2007 Excellent communication skills and experience working on a team Ability to be work successfully in fast paced environment with changing priorities Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information If interested in this rewarding opportunity, please click on the ad below to complete a short application. http://manpower.us/jobs?JobID=632&tags=us69492teleSales
