Wireless Construction Field Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently looking for a Wireless Construction Field Manager to work for our client who specializes in tower stacking, maintenance and cell site construction. Their Construction Management team leads the industry in deploying a successful implementation process for every client and every project. Their professional Project Managers and Construction Managers have been trained in carrier and technology specific areas. These industry leaders possess the most current safety certifications and have been equipped with cutting edge project management tools to ensure that our clients' expectations are exceeded. Duties: - Manages, generates and tracks milestones in all databases for data integrity - Works with vendors and wireless PMs to coordinate site visits and field work - Coordinates with other carrier programs to prioritize and escalate projects - Knowledge of cell site construction, equipment, and architecture is a MUST! - Oversee and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met - Work with all dept. to derive SOW and duties needed by vendors - Face to face interaction with vendor management to ensure quality - Utilize project trackers and other reports to monitor and maintain project schedules - Other duties as assigned. - High proficiency in Excel, typing, data entry, and verbal and written communications. - Must also have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills. - Possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well under pressure. - The candidate must have experience managing vendors in all aspects of cellular site construction and deployment. Position Type - 1099 contract with options at the end of the project to go W2 within the construction group.
