Port Washington based leader in engineered manufactured metal stampings and fabrications has immediately temp to hire opportunity for a 2nd shift Quality Inspector.
Skills/Qualifications
*High school diploma or equivalent and working knowledge of shop mathematics.
*Extensive knowledge of inspection equipment, stamping presses and tools.
*Blueprint reading and interpretation, knowledge of GD&T and the ability to read and understand engineering specifications.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
*Thorough understanding of ISO/TS-16949 procedures and practices, and Quality Assurance concepts.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
