Randstad in Columbia MD is seeking a sharp and eager administrative assistants to support a busy office environment in the Howard County area. This role requires someone with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel,immaculate customer skills and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates with 1-2 years' experience to expand your knolwedge!

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duties:
* Support various departments with operation support
* Assist with calendar management and the process arranging department meetings
* Assist with filing and database creation
* Answer phones and direct callers

Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
* Knowledge and skills in Misrosoft Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible, Attentive to detail, driven by results
